DÜBÖR is a fast-growing company looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and commercial-oriented full-time Sales Manager to join our team based in Atlanta, GA, Norcross.
The script
As the Sales Manager at DÜBÖR USA, you will drive sales and expand the North and South American markets operating from the Atlanta office. You will build and lead the sales team in developing strategic sales plans. Your goal will be to maximize sales revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Build, lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
- Present products and services to potential and existing customers, demonstrating our solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance, and share with senior management.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote DÜBÖR USA.
- Collaborate with marketing and field service engineers/technicians to align sales strategies with company goals.
You have
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in the baking industry.
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and together with a team.
- Excellent, inspiring communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Willingness to travel.
- An excellent command of English and Spanish, both written and oral, is essential.
- Driver's license
