DÜBÖR is a fast-growing company looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and commercial-oriented full-time Field Service Technician to join our team based in Atlanta, GA, Norcross.
The script
As a Field Service Technician, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical products and support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services.
You will act as an ambassador for DÜBÖR and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide. That’s why we consider this role to be of great importance.
In this position, your base will be the Service Center in Atlanta, and you will be traveling extensively across the US.

Provide installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance services on DÜBÖR Equipment and drive continuous improvement at the customer's plant. - Execute hands-on preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximize system performance
- Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services on-site and remotely.
- Liaison with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship and follow up with customers' concerns and problems.
- Conduct production supervision and training of customer personnel on DÜBÖR equipment
- Execute all work in accordance with DÜBÖR standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety.
You have
- Proven experience in a similar position for at least 2 years, including mechanical and basic electrical experience.
- Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in the baking industry.
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and together with a team.
- Ideally some understanding of automation systems.
- An excellent command of English, written and oral, is essential.
- Willingness to travel.
- Driver's license
